Celene Yohemas is a freelance percussionist, drummer, and educator. She won a Betty Mitchell Award for "OUTSTANDING SOUND DESIGN OR COMPOSITION" with Green Fool's collaboartion Dancing on Water. She has composed and collaborated with Alberta Theatre Projects, and has played with many groups in various styles. From classical music to touring with blues/rock trio bluessmyth, she has much musical and practical experience to draw from. She is currently playing with Little Brown Jug Brass, teaching privately and clinics at schools and with Westwinds, Celene has much to offer to on stage and in the classroom.
